About us
MUARIA SYNERGY SDN BHD (formerly know as MUARIA FOOD INDUSTRIES) is originated from a home-based “Otak-Otak” maker in 2002 situated in MUAR. A town located at north-west of Johor state, Malaysia. “Otak-Otak” is a local delicacy which make from mixture of raw fish meat, coconut milk, pre-cooked chili paste and selected spices. It later develop to more variety with mixture of prawn, crab, squid etc, but the bulk of it are still fish meat. The mixture is then packed into containers and keep frozen until it is ready to be cooked.
With increase in demand for MSSB brand of products and the need to expand its production capacity, we have moved twice to our current premise in 2008 which is 5 times the size of our original home based facilities. Since then, we have upgraded both our manufacturing and packaging into semi-auto process. We also air-conditioned our packaging room to ensure high level of hygiene is achieved. We have obtained the status of “HALAL” for our range of products since 2006.
In addition to our home market of Malaysia, our products are available in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Cambodia and also the United States.
Our motto are customer satisfaction and brand recognition. The company long term goal is to strive for excellence in productivity and hygiene of its produce.
